By using Verify Precisely LLC (“Verify Precisely,” “we,” “us”), you agree to
these Terms.
We provide fingerprinting; facilitation of FBI Identity History Summary requests through an FBI Approved Channeler; FINRA and federal-employment fingerprint capture and submission; apostille and visa document support; notary and business-formation filing support; drug and DNA specimen collection (analyzed by accredited laboratories); and education/credential verification. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or tax advice. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the FBI, Department of State, OPM, DCSA, or FINRA. We do not conduct security-clearance investigations or monitor individuals, and we do not maintain or guarantee any clearance, license, registration, or employment outcome.
Provide accurate, complete information and valid identification; use our services only for lawful, permissible purposes; and provide any consents we require, including consent to capture and process your fingerprints/biometric data.
With your consent, we capture fingerprints solely to provide the service you request. Fingerprint data is handled under the FBI CJIS Security Policy and is destroyed within 30 calendar days of receipt or completion of the transaction, whichever is sooner. We do not sell or re-use your biometric data. Any criminal-history record information is returned to you (or to the authorized recipient you direct) and is not retained by us for our own use.
Where a report (such as education/credential verification) is used for employment purposes, it is a consumer report under the FCRA. Employers must certify a permissible purpose and confirm the applicant received the required disclosure and gave written authorization before we release results, and must follow adverse-action requirements. Consumers may dispute and correct information. 5. Payment, limitations, liability, governing law
Fees are due at purchase and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We don’t control, and don’t guarantee, the outcome or timing of any government agency, channeler, or laboratory. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for agency/lab errors, delays, or rejections.
